Copies of Danish birth certificates cannot be obtained through the Danish Consulates in New Zealand but below you can see how to obtain it from Denmark.

If you need a copy of your Danish birth certificate, you should contact the church where your birth was registered. You can find the address of the church on the following website for all churches in Denmark www.kirker.dk.

If you do not have that information, you should contact the Ministry of Ecclesiastical Affairs in Denmark. Make sure to include all the information you have about your birth.
